Call Center Representatives

Handle calls with customers and clients based in Los Angeles Respond professionally to customer inquiries Provide accurate information and assist with customer requests Maintain a high standard of communication and customer service Record and manage customer information and call resultsJob Responsibilities Excellent, fluent English with clear pronunciation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence when speaking with customers over the phone Responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail Ability to work according to a schedule aligned with Los Angeles business hours Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not requiredRequired QualificationsThe position is organized into two shifts: Evening shift: 8:00 p.m. To 4:00 a.m. Morning shift: 4:00 a.m. To 2:30 p.m.Each employee will be assigned to one shift only.
